witch chaos build loosing

Hello team,
minor bug where if a chaos witch build that had selected event horizon : gain 53% chaos damage n lose life n shield when using a chaos skill. if u refund that skill, you continue to loose life when using chaos.
i am personally avoiding every bonus to damage with a negative trait as i have a lot of trouble staying alive for anything greater than 2 minutes.
