Animation Cancelling Shouldn't Put Abilities on Cooldown
As the title says, animation cancelling is really nice to have in the game.
However, trying to use my 90 second cooldown ability, having to cancel it because i'd get beaten to death otherwise, should not put the ability on cooldown if it hasn't been finished. Just doesn't feel good. Last bumped on Jan 26, 2025, 9:35:22 PM

yeah i was surprised they consume cooldown on skill init rather than when it actually goes off. this was never noticeable to me in poe1 even if it was the case
