Unique item disappeared

Had a Morior Invictus up on for trade in public tab. Removed it to post on trade chat. Went to put back and it auto went to unique tab. Go to find it and it's not there. 100% did not accidentally delete it seeing how I only pressed 1 button. 18 Div gone I suppose rip.

Hard reset Xbox and it is now in my unique tab
