gemcutter's prism drop rate too low

hello,

so far i've been playing solo self found league with 6 characters, who are all about level 23 and partway through act 2. over all this time i've only found 3 gemcutter's prisms, which means an average of only half a single prism per character from 23 levels of grind. this feels like not enough.

please increase the drop rate of gemcutter's prisms.

note that i haven't found many glassblower's baubles either, but i've diligently purchased and salvaged all flasks with "quality" and have managed to reach 13 baubles in total over all 6 characters. again, this is only an average of about 2 baubles per character from 23 levels of grind, and only because i purchased and salvaged every flask i could find at vendors. this also feels like not enough, especially since flasks become obsolete every few levels.

please also increase the drop rate of glassblower's baubles, or at least increase the number of "quality" flasks that vendors sell.

They drop more often in endgame
