Grim Feast - Add Decay to ES Overshield

As Grim Feast is extremely strong by granting you double your Energy Shield, I think the devs should add a decay to the overshield. This would go a long way to balancing the different defensive mechanics.

No way grim feast & energy shield need to be buffed to keep up with the overpowered life regen defenses.
