[D3D12] Crash
Hey GGG, just an FYI - I performed a clean OS reinstall and purposely left out reinstalling the NVidia App and drivers, to rule out any artifacts on this persistent issue.
I played POE2 for 8 days, before deciding today to install NVidia (4060 Ti) GPU drivers (version 566.36, Dec 5, 2024), and within 1 hour, I experienced a hard crash. [D3D12] Failed to create resource for texture [Art/2DItems/Maps/EndgameMaps/EndgameMap3.dds] Cheers! Last bumped on Jan 28, 2025, 10:00:10 PM

I had a similar situation today and yesterday.
Error: [D3D12] Failed to create resource for texture [Art/Textures/Interface/2D/2DArt/UIImages/InGame/Console/Coop_BloodyBorderL2A.dds] This is a repeated error i will receive, a dozen or so times over 3 characters and 132hrs of in game time. I have also received similar, but different D3D12 errors that I'll update this thread with next time they happen. System Specs: CPU - Ryzen 7 7800X3D GPU - 4080 Super (MSI Suprim X) RAM - 64gb of DDR5 running at 6400 MT/s SSD - 2TB Samsung 990 Pro Gen5 M.2 |
