Hello, I would like to refund the two 120 gold packs I purchased. My account is not registered to play Poe1; I want to buy a personal large storage box for Poe2, not a guild storage box. The currency I deposited on the official website could not be displayed in the Poe2 in-game store, so I had to buy it on the official website, but the package I purchased was not what I wanted. Can I get a refund for the two orders I purchased? I would like to buy a personal large storage box.
