Too many disconnections/Spikes

Since launch, the game has been experiencing many disconnections and Ping spikes, causing loss of maps, progression, and in the case of Print below, I was on the last boss of the fourth ascension, and ended up losing all progress.
If the server isn't coping, it might be a good idea to invest in infrastructure.

And again, another spike with no internet issues, on the last boss from asc 4...
It's already a delight to play as a warrior with the wonderful work that you are NOT doing to make the game good to play as a melee, like mages and archers do... I still can't progress. Very fun
