Severe Lag / Banding - London servers

Hi,

I have London set as my realm and every evening after dinner I am looking to play some POE2 I login and find the lag / banding extremely bad. If I see that state I just quit. No point in playing as I my character responds every couple seconds. I end up dying to the lowest of mobs.

I initially thought maybe it was my PC but it very much seems to be around the time when there would be more players on. If I wait till my midnight or 1 AM everything is fine. Same for other "off peak" times.

I have raised this issue before and I have seen others also bring it up. Definitely still a problem.
