300 Coins from Early Access Loaded to the Wrong Account

Hello everyone,
I had played POE1 for about 5-10 minutes in the previous years and created an account for it. When POE 2 became early access, I bought the game and logged in to the game via the same email and steam account. Then I realized that the site shows 2 accounts and the 300 coins that came with early access were loaded to the POE1 account, not the POE2 account. In this case, I can't make purchases for the game on POE2 because it shows 0 coins. What should I do to solve this?

I have exacly the same issue. I mailed the support Dec 14 about the issue. Monday 23 Dec i finally got a response from ThomasC asking me to provide information etc etc. (which ofc is both obvious and expected). I provided exacly everything he asked for and even added a bit more just to fill any possible gaps to maybe hurry up the procces. To day is Jan 29 and havent got any response ever since.

For the love of goood, i love you all, but is there anyone at support that can help me? HELP US!!! One week from now its 2 month since EA launch and i/we got 300 ea coins on wrong merge accounts we dont use :(

I have two accounts on my PC, a GGG account and an EA account, and I asked for my Stash to be transferred on December 8, but today I got the points back for the Stash I purchased.
I bought Stash when it was on sale, so I don't have enough points to do the same now.
The Stash was not transferred and the points were returned.
I think it is very late but I did get support.

I know many of you have the same problem, but be patient and wait.

The same thing happened to me, it took them so long to respond to me (and they still haven't solved it by merging the accounts) that I ended up making a new character and buying the stash for the other account with discounts, and eventually leveling up the character and abandoning my 2 main characters in endgame and starting from 0 on the other account and at this point it is already higher than the previous 2

I haven't received any response yet, even though I've sent an e-mail, started a topic on the forum and even sent a pm. As far as I understand, I had no chance to buy stash during the discount period and at the end of the day, I still have my endgame character in one account and coins in another account...

I have the same problem. I first contacted you Dec 7th, almost 2 months ago. End of December I get answer from the support-mail, telling me they can assist me...ever since I haven't heard back, neither was the problem resolved.
