Access Key Issue for Path of Exile 2

Dear POE2 support team,
I hope this message finds you well. A few weeks ago, I purchased Path of Exile 2 and was able to play without any issues, as you can see from my character's level on my account.
However, when I start the game and try to log in, I receive a message stating that I need an access key.
I would appreciate any assistance you can provide regarding this matter.
