Ketzuli and Atalui should sell higher level items as you achieve higher levels

I'm currently at level 95 and these two still sell only level 60 items, making them pretty much useless at this point.

Why not have them gradually sell higher level stuff and up to the highest ilvl (84) when you reach level 100? This also gives an incentive to reach these super high levels.

Also they should update their stock once a day, not once per level. Or maybe charge a gold amount to refresh their inventory.

OR make them occasionally have something actually valuable, a unique item or a fragment would be great too.

Anything would actually be better than their current state.

We just need more shops on the atlas.

Refreshing their inventory at the cost of 1 Divine Orb with a chance for a valuable item (as you said unique item for example).

I don't know about this one, the unique will probably be a Blackgleam quiver or something like that.

Vendor stuff needs to be all cash. If it costs 1 million to refresh, so be it.
