Where is my hoodie from my 240 EUR supporter pack?

I am a "bit" frustrated that I didnt get my hoodie. Waiting and waiting and the radio silence is turning my patience into impatience.
GGG support already asked me of my adress and confirmation of my account like 2 weeks ago. No response or any shipment updates since then. I support you with hundreds of euros to help you getting paid your salary. IMHO this is not good customer service at all. Please respond. I already contacted support on that email like 2 or 3 times as follow up already. Did write en eMail just this morning.
