refund pet for my coins back?

just wondering but is it possible to refund baby brutus and get my coins back i didn't know he constantly makes an annoying ass noise before i bought him

They usually do refund things one time only as a gesture of good will, but you are required to email support and ask, this may take a little while as they work on a queue based system and it's been busy (though they are managing to clear the back log quickly now)
