Post data on support ticket date of filing to alleviate frustration
If you were to release support ticket data where we see distribution of when the tickets were filed it will help those who have not recieved any help from your support to get an understanding of where in the queue they are.
I contacted support the 15th of December. If I knew, for instance, that you had X active support tickets and Y of them were created the 15th of December or earlier it would at least let me know if I am close to getting help or not. Last bumped on Jan 26, 2025, 2:23:51 AM
