Arbiter of Ash can't get to the quest marker!

So basically when you die and Arbiter dies, when you respawn you can't get to the quest marker because the stoned people are blocking your way. See the picture. Also all the loot will get deleted after spawning! Only thing I got was the 2 skill points.
