Path of Exile Customer Service, Terrible experience.

hello,
i have 1 month waiting for a replay to unlink my steam account and i still after a month having an answer. How is possible that something so simple it has to take over a month to still not being solved. Terrible experience with GGG, i think i wait enough for a solution of just unlink my steam account. Bought a pc and xbox EA keys so i could crossplay, as per GGGs instructions. but have been completely unable to link my microsoft account to my poe account. been trying to contact support since launch of EA, and still nothing. Support since poe2 has been 100% non-existent
