LOOT FILTERS NOT WORKING NOW?

so same filter ive been using will not show currency drops now.
i downloaded a new one-- and same thing. also-- gear drops show for abotu a 1 second then disappear, i have to manually and randomly wave my mouse over where the items might be for me to see them now. whats goign on?
