has anyone else seeing whisper not work today.

I don't think it's myself; I've been using whisper while trading in POE2 & POE no problem but today I try to talk with someone to do a trade and about 50% of the time try as I can nothing happens when I hit 'whisper player' or whatever it says. Trading is something to do quick, no one wants to get greeted by total silence when they are trying to trade so I don't blame other exiles when the fact I cannot whisper them goes on & on & they shoot away.

I haven't tried talking on other channels cos if they are like me, odds are they're switched off.
Is it because of some problem between different nation's servers? I dunno but would be interested to hear if anyone else is having same problem.
