Bug Report ID: #3174180733 invulnerable Rare Monster

Was running a breach and opened it with a native rare sitting near it. The native rare monster might've died but never actually turned into a corpse. It's still showing as alive on the map and following me around. Still able to damage me but doesn't look like it's there. Can't highlight it or hit it.

Yes, this has happened to me many times. You end up not completing the map because of it or dying to the monster. Monster is laying on the floor, folded in half following and attacking you. Please note this is only with ranged rare monsters.
