Atlas Map Glitcing

Ever since the 1.1 patch, my atlas map has been glitching out. What I mean by this is areas I have cleared no longer load (I have attempted to change from full screen to windowed, from Diectx to vulcan, I've tried on controller and keyboard/mouse, I have even tried giving my dog extra pets for good luck.

By "Not load" I mean... I get this BLUE line like the map has ended, except I KNOW I have cleared there; I cannot even use the atatlas map shortcuts to go to "home" because that area is completely missing from my map.

I'm trying to find my Cititdels, and this is making it incredibly hard.

Also, since 1.1, this is as far as I can zoom out on my atlas map. Again I've tried both keyboard/mouse and controller. I REALLY miss being able to zoom out more, is this a new feature or is this also a bug?
