dusk vigil + ember fusillade gem bug: trigger supports do not work(manaflare & ele discharge)

When using an ember fusillade gem in addition to the dusk vigil staff, mana flare and elemental discharge support gems(socketed in the gem NOT the staff version) do not trigger.

you can swap to a second weapon(wand) and they function normally.

they used to work before the most recent patch 0.1.1. now it seems when you have the dusk vigil equipped it considers ALL ember fusillades from any source to be triggered, thus not allowing them to have trigger supports.

trigerd supports should not be allowed to be socketed into a triggered skills at all, as they do nothing and new players may spend way to long messing with it like i have. although perhaps they do work in some meta trigger skills? have not tried that. I assume no triggering a trigger.
