Trade2 + Ingame swap scam is getting out of hand

I'm curious if the in game report actually work but I've been trading for a week now and the amount of scammer/swap scam is ridiculous. If you are curious how they do it, they basically put up an item (eg, Morior Invictus Grand Regalia) and after u whisper and teleport to them then they will trade you an almost identical gear and the scam happens if you aren't reading every stats. Are they gonna get punish for this or I have to waste 2-3mins of my time teleporting,trading and reporting this peeps.

Last few day I only see like 1 or 2 guy trying to scam but today traded like 6 scammer in a row with the same gimmick
