Tired of market warriors

I am trying to buy a from lost diamond - resonance for days now, and I am keep chasing my own tail.
People abusing the market, not playing the actual game, have bought numerous of these raising the prices.
It's frustrating the least, and it really gets the worst of myself out, wishing all kind of things to these people.

Same guy has them all, playing god, while I am pumping all my maps with rituals missing out on XP + loot from quantity breaches just for a chance on a single from nothing (since no matter hwo hard i try, i can't keep up with these peoples pricing) seeing 0 of those diamonds in 20-30+ audiences.
Its ruining the fun on the end game, and I think punishing these guys for that somehow would be balancing the market a lot. I don't know exactly how, but a simple mechanic could be a flag on each item, if it was traded recently or not, blocking it from being listed for like a week again.
