Cannot enter citadel

Finally found my first citadel but i cannot open it.
Will not get to the point where a t15 waystone is used. Thanks for any help. Last bumped on Jan 25, 2025, 7:52:16 PM

Worked it out, apparently the Citadel needs to be under a tower influence before it will open
|
