Zarokh arena Blasphemy bug

It appears that due to the elevation differences in the Zarokh arena, the boss is consistently losing the curse debuff from the Blasphemy aura when player is moving. While there may be other factors at play, this issue is easily reproducible. Simply activate the Blasphemy aura and keep moving, and you will notice that the curse debuff on the boss turns on and off repeatedly.
