Going to probably need a few more sprinkles of stuff a bit more often

I'm not sure what the release time line of things is but maybe instead of doing a few giant patches, just keep sprinkling in little bits and pieces here and there.
I'm seeing a lot of people, including myself, start to get to that point where the game feels stale because there's nothing new, and there isn't a whole lot to do since it's not even 1/2 complete yet. I feel like going back to PoE 1 for a while but there's nothing new there either, so now I'm left wandering around looking for something else to enjoy? If that's what you guys have in mind that's fine, but I don't see much more retention past another week tops without some new updates, maybe throw us a class or some new toys, maybe act 4? Or some new end game stuff? I kind of think maybe you released the EA too early, if you had hopes of sustaining a player base for the entire development cycle. On the other hand if you have no problems with everyone leaving for a few weeks than keep doing what your doing, just don't take too long. ;) Thanks. Last bumped on Jan 25, 2025, 3:03:59 PM

Yeah they don't even do balance patches, like this is not a regular season for a 10 year old game. It's a brand new game, do something. We are literally playing the same stuff for 2 months. All those big patches so far didn't impact anything big. No content, no balance, no other stuff what is this. Start the new season already...

" Listen to yourself, there have been multiple patches including some balance tweaks. This is EA. GGG doesn't owe you content at the pace you desire. You'll get the wipe and new content when it's ready - because if you get it when it's not ready you'll be right back here whining about GGG serving you a half baked release. |
