Extreme Stuttering After Playing Game for ~30minutes+

Hi! No matter what settings I use, or how many times I update my drivers, or which MTX I have selected, or which character I am playing, I always encounter this without fail.

After playing for 30+ minutes, my game begins to stutter heavily. The only solution is to restart the game.
