Need Some Clarification on Early Access Supporter Pack Upgrade

I recently contacted customer support to request a switch from the King of the Faridun Supporter Pack (which I mistakenly purchased for $100) to the Thaumaturge of the Vaal Supporter Pack (Upgrade), which also costs $100.

However, since customer support seems to be handling a high volume of tickets at the moment—and considering my follow-up emails on the same thread (which I now realize may have pushed me to the back of the queue)—I’m thinking of just purchasing the Vaal Supporter Pack (Upgrade) directly, which is now priced at $40 for me.

My question is: If I purchase the Vaal Supporter Pack (Upgrade), will it further reduce the price of the Lord of Ogham Supporter Pack (Upgrade)? I haven’t purchased this tier yet, and it currently costs $20 for me. I’m wondering if buying a higher-tier supporter pack now will provide additional discounts down the line.

I'm aware that upgrading to the Thaumaturge of the Vaal Supporter Pack will reduce the price of the Warlord of the Karui Supporter Pack. I'm asking if it will also reduce the price of the Lord of Ogham Supporter Pack (Upgrade) which is 2 tiers lower than the Thaumaturge of the Vaal Supporter Pack.

I just need clarification on this because I'm thinking of purchasing the lower tier Supporter Pack upgrades on a much later date.

I would be cautious about upgrading the supporter pack, I upgraded from the standard to the next tier; so the $60 total from the website directly and their payment platform xsolla flagged my account for suspicious purchases, now Im locked out of my main account and stuck waiting for support to reply, going on 5+ days unable to log in. It looks like im not alone in the long wait time for reply, I would advise against throwing the dice and getting banned for sending them more money.

From what I gather, you initially purchased the Early Access Supporter Pack, which includes:

* 300 Points
* Extended Digital Soundtrack Download
* Path of Exile 2 Early Access or Path of Exile 2 Key

After that, you upgraded to the Lord of Ogham Supporter Pack, correct? Then your account was locked due to "suspicious purchases"?

Could you share which payment method you used? It’s possible that Xsolla is incorrectly flagging certain payment types in their system.
