Can’t spend my points

I had to purchase point on website because it’s not working in game, so I went to purchase a few stash tabs and it only gives me the option to buy more points even though it shows my points balance as 200. Very frustrated at this point because I’ve been trying to get more stash tabs for a couple weeks now and nothing seems to work

same shi , did they help you? i messaged support a few times , looks like they do not care about it , they got money why would they help us xD
