Helpful idea for new players

Hi.
When I was playing PoE2 today I have had an idea that would help many players and improve their game experience. The idea was about the tips. When there is a loading screen the game gives a useful tip. Beside loading screens we don’t see those tips anywhere else. Also I have fast PC and sometimes I don’t finish reading the tip when game already loads. It would be really great if players had an option to turn on/off live displayed tips like that during the gameplay, same ones that are used for loading screens.
