Can I get a coin refund coin?

Hi,
So I just bought a microtransaction item (Divergence Character Effect) in Path of Exile 2, and when I tried it in-game… let’s just say it wasn’t exactly what I was expecting. The effect is kinda different from what I saw on the showcase page on the official POE website, like all of my other cosmetic (like wings etc) turning into dark. Big oof.

I made the purchase like, less than half an hour ago, so I’ve already reached out to support for a refund. I already make an email to GGG but no reply yet. Anyone else ever deal with this or have any tips on getting a refund?
