PC Controller right stick issue

Previously, using the right stick in PC controller setup gave you an item / gem info windows that were a toggle, with Item Level with Tiers and also Quality Effects for gems.

Now it is still a toggle, but Item Level information, Tier information and Quality information for Gems is absent. Which is very inconvenient, as there is literally no way to look up Gem Quality information with a controller setup on PC now.

You at least have a non toggle-able version of the right stick function with left stick for looking up item info, it's just you have to hold it, you cannot enter the windows to read the tooltips, and it also goes to your stash search box every time after you release it -- super inconvenient.

It was working perfectly fine before the 0.1.1.
