Quest item Chimera Inscribed Ultimatum for Trial of Chaos for the 2nd Ascendancy

I am currently in Act 3 normal.

I killed the Chimera and received the quest item Chimera Inscribed Ultimatum and it says I can now do the Trial of Chaos for the 2nd Ascendancy.

I would like to do the Trial now but I might die inside the Trial and not able to complete it.

If I die inside the Trial, will I lose the quest item Chimeral Inscribed Ultimatum or will the quest item respawn automatically for me again?

The quest item will be where you open the trial and you can just close it and open again.
