points disappearing

hey i wanted to buy some stash tabs that went on sale but when i clicked on them it led me to a tab to buy more points and the 300 points i previously had disappeared and now im left with nothing my username is : 1t5w3#2837
it said i had 300 points to spend probably because i got the game from steam and also i hadnt bought anything before it and i currently have nothing and no points left
