Atlas Passive Skill Tree Not Opening After Accepting Book with First 2 Points

I completed the 10 tier 1 maps, talked to Doryani, and my inventory was full so I deferred picking up the item with the points until after I cleared inventory. When I used the book I got the 2 points and the icon at the bottom of the screen to use them, but clicking on it, clicking on the skill tree manually, and pressing the keybind keys do not open the window to spend the points.

Attempts to fix:
Trying all 3 ways of accessing the tree
Logging in to the login screen and quitting the game completely and logging back in
Talking to Doryani to Refund Atlas Passives for the points (he says 'of course' but nothing happens)

Solution: I was doing co op and had not done my own map. I did one and it is now fixed.
