< Very serious > I can't receive any emails from GGG
My account was prompted to be locked and I needed to enter Unlock code, but my mailbox couldn't receive any emails from GGG, including forgetting the password, changing the mailbox and Unlock Code emails. I have tried all methods.
I was so sure that these emails were not in my spam or spam that I double-checked all the locations. I am also very sure that my email can be used normally. I use my email to send to many different contacts, including verification emails from other game companies and password retrieval emails. All can be received normally, only GGG's mail can not be received. It was very confusing for me, I was a Guild Leader and my friends couldn't use a lot of features because I couldn't log in to the game. This situation has been going on for almost a week, and if we don't get this resolved soon, our entire Guild is ready to stop playing any GGG games. I hope you can take this problem seriously.
