Poison concoction taking ES and health

I have been using the Kripp RoF build and using poison concoction regularly. I know it would stop my ES and take a while to charge, but now it is also taking life.

No change in gems, changed sheidl and ring but even putting them back on it is still happening.

Is it possible something with the skill itself changed in last couple of days? This happen to anyone else and they figured out what they changed?
