Trial of Sekhema Pts 5 and 6, Floor 3.. do I have this right?

So I bailed out of floor 3 due to needing to step on traps that have chaos bloom to open doors. I think I lost 1500 honor doing that and being chipped away by various fireball traps and having the 100$ increased trap damage mod. The previous two floors did not have me prepared. Also, my chaos resistance is 20% soo...with 300 honor left...bye. My only low-level one too.

But I just wondered if this is correct: in order to open doors in some parts of floor 3, you have to step on traps, which cause damage and honor loss. I tried rolling over and that doesn't trigger them so not sure if there is another option.

Yeah you have to step on the ones that activate as a lever. But if I recall correctly you can dodge roll out immediately as you step on the pressure plate thus avoiding the cloud that comes out.

yea, you dont dodge roll 'over' them, you dodge roll *off* of them. walk on, as soon as you touch the center of the trap, dodge roll any direction. you shouldnt take any damage.

Either by moving with high move speed, you can avoid most of the damage, or by dodge rolling off of it the moment you trigger the plate. If you move onto, then stop, on trigger, then begin to move off, you'll drain your Honor like a hole in a bucket.

Similarly the fireball traps can be rolled through without effect, but normal timing avoidance can be used if you'd prefer, just avoid fights in those regions as best as you're able, as that's where costly errors will crop up.

Thanks for the tips. I guess I will try again at some point. I just know I finished two floors with about 3k left, and then this floor wiped me out only 3 rooms in.
