If you obtained your early access by redeeming a key, then the key's status may have been revoked if the original purchase was refunded or charged back. If this is the case, you may want to reach out to whoever you received the key from to check with them regarding the validity of your key.

Hello! To clarify, we do not sell Early Access Keys separately, we only sell the Early Access Supporter Packs that include the keys. You can see the supporter packs here: https://www.pathofexile.com/purchase

If you have purchased an individual Early Access key from a third party, they may have charged back or refunded the original purchase they made to obtain the key they provided you. I'm afraid that you will need to contact that third party for further assistance.
