Drop rates for greater jewellers orbs issue(has it been nerfed)or is this a bug?

I am having a significant issue in that I have found zero greater jewellers orbs while playing the whole of my level 84 deadeye ranger not even one! I have put my atlas points into “local knowledge” and have run many ‘grass biome” maps that have a 40% (alleged) increased chance to drop socket currency. I am doing tier 11 and 12 maps and still haven’t found any! (and no I don’t want to trade for them I should be able to find them while playing)
I prior to playing the ranger played a level 76 witch and on her I found 4 of them in my time playing and that was at a lot lower map tier and also without the ‘local knowledge” atlas node used. So have they been nerfed? Why did I find 4 on my witch and non on my deadeye despite longer play time in higher tier maps with an allegedly higher percentage drop rate for them and done on the maps that should drop them. Am I the only one who has not found any and is still having all my skills severely limited, only having been able to upgrade them using the lesser jewellers orbs severely limiting my ability to progress with my skills so low. Please investigate and rectify as this is terrible to play without these and the perfect jewellers orbs dropping to improve my build.kindest regards
