Did I miss atlas points permanently?

My first tier 15 boss spawned two of the worm that is the final boss of the act 1 optional quest, the big worm that borrows underground, well two of them appeared.

I killed one, he dropped some logbook that gave atlas points, but I died to the second one. Did I lose that drop forever or will/can it drop from another tier 15 boss?

Nope, the next time you kill a tier 15 boss the book will drop.
