Forum support, can we get a non copy & paste answer?
Please give us some more transparancy.. (More than your official news)
- Why are some people getting support after few hours / or few days and others are waiting literally weeks for answers, after they already answered follow-up mails and confirming identities / ownership of accounts? - Why dont we get any ticket numbers? - Arent you legally supposed to delete mails after 30 days? If yes, what happens to tickets that are unanswered for 30+ days? - Can we shorten the process of unlocking accounts etc. if you sent us all the things you need in 1 mail instead of 5-7 separate mails that each take 2-3 weeks for an answer? I'm pretty sure this can't be legal in many countries, locking out accounts with no consent + no support for over 2 months in some cases while they payed hundreds or thousands of dollars for your game Last bumped on Jan 24, 2025, 10:49:48 AM
