Undocumented Nerfhammer mid-preseason - GC no freeze

To my total surprise, Glacial Cascade got a huge nerf in 0.1.1 by not allowing it to freeze anymore. I couldnt find any statement in the Patch notes and I know this was not the way at lunch as the Tool tip video still shows the freeze. My build was broken because I cannot get any Power Charges anymore.

I mean it's EA and stuff. But I spent quite some time to respect now and spent 2 divines for the 6th link on the new skill. If you nerf my new build, im going to gtfo.

So, please nerf with the economy refresh and not mid play.
