Crossbows still fail to shoot properly sometimes, particularly when you get movespeed

When i get an acceleration shrine, and sometimes just in general, my crossbow does not shoot. its supposed to shoot 25-27 bolts per second, but with the acceleration shrine it just shoots about 3 times, and then pauses, and then shoots again, and pauses. it just stutters like this.

using a fresh clip build with rapid shot and galv shard. currently level 73 in maps, this is in hardcore.

Once you go over 3.3-3.4 attacks per second it bugs out. Not just on crossbow, on anything.
Read somewhere thats the server tick rate, so once you go over it, you stop shooting/attacking.

No, thats not the case. Rapid shot shoots around 10 times per second as soon as you get it. and my build generally shoots around 25-27 times per second, as i said. you may be thinking of abilities.

The bug is there if you have movespeed on boots too
