Ventors gamble giving max spirit when not max spirirt.

I have ingenuity belt. at 75%

when ventor's gamble is equipped with 17 18 19 20 spirit i will get the same increase to spirit as if they are all value 20. when i equip a 16 spirit ventors gamble it finally goes down.

again when i equip a ventors gamble ring with 17-20 value spirit, they all register as if they 20, not 17,18,19, values.

i tested on multiple rings.
those getting 17 spirit on ring treat it as if it's 20 value.

so i took off belt, and yes, this is a coding issue within ring. belt doesn't matter actually.
17 18 19 ventors ring all treat spirit as if it's 20.
