1 month and 1 week support wait

I have now been waiting since the 15th of December to get help.

I have my characters on one account and my 300 EA coins on another account.

This weekend there is a sale on stash tabs again.

There is no way for me to check the status of my support ticket since any interaction with your non-existent support staff supposedly resets any ticket waiting time.

For the love of God how many support tickets are before mine that was filed the 15th of December last year!?

How many support tickets created the 15th of December or earlier are still in queue?
It's not automated. It's literally their job to copy and paste. They have this dire Support problem yet this is what their forum Support team is tasked with. Months go by, and we're still supposed to feel bad about their backlog. Their wild and unexpected success. They clearly haven't hired anyone. That's not out of frustration... It's been MONTHS. They clearly, objectively, could not care less.
