The early access key for Path of Exile 2 (PoE2) has disappeared
I purchased the PoE2 Early Access Supporter Pack. I already played in the Early Access with this account. However, today when I checked , it was gone, and now it asks me to buy it again. What happened? Your account does not have access to Path of Exile 2 Early Access. Bribe a friend who has a spare key or purchase now. What does this sentence mean? If you obtained your early access by redeeming a key, then the key's status may have been revoked if the original purchase was refunded or charged back. If this is the case, you may want to reach out to whoever you received the key from to check with them regarding the validity of your key.

The purchase was not refunded, how i can get access to the game again, i paid for the access!

As mentioned, if you obtained your early access by redeeming a key you'll need to contact whomever you got the key from so they can check for any reason why the key's access would have been revoked. If their original purchase that was used to generate the key was refunded or charged back, for example, this would revoke the access of the key.
We aren't able to assist with disputes or issues with third parties, so this isn't something we would be able to help with. If you purchased your access from us, such as by purchasing one of the Early Access Supporter Packs from our website, please reach out to us if you've lost your access so we can look into it with you. You can contact our team at support@grindinggear.com for help in this case. Once again, we would only be able to assist with purchases you made using your Path of Exile account for your Path of Exile account, and cannot assist with any third parties if you purchased your key from an external source. | |
Indeed i purchase my key from Instant Gaming.
