Early Access Points

I purchased the early access package on my Xbox console and received the 300 points in my PlayStation account. I have already sent several emails and messages to support but haven't received a response! Can someone competent help me? Thank you!

I'm afraid that purchases made outside of PlayStation are not usable while playing on PlayStation and likewise purchases made through PlayStation are not usable outside of PlayStation. I'm sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.
If you've accidentally purchased a pack on the wrong sub-account, please note that purchases are bound to the sub-account they are made on. For example, if you purchased a pack on Xbox using the incorrect sub-account then you'll need to contact Microsoft for assistance with refunding the purchase so you can make it on the correct sub-account instead, as they handle all purchases made through the Microsoft Store. For this reason, I would like my points to be transferred to the Xbox platform so that I can use them!

The points should be available on the sub-account you made the purchase on. While at the character select screen, you can switch which sub-account you're using.

How will Microsoft transfer the points I purchased in the early access package to my Xbox account? You guys need to fix this! I bought the package on Xbox to play with my Xbox account, not PlayStation!

Accounts are not specific to a particular platform, so you can play any of your sub-accounts using any platform. If you make a purchase on the wrong sub-account via the Xbox store, you'll need to contact Microsoft in order to request a refund so that you can make the purchase using the correct sub-account instead.
Alternately, you can play using the sub-account that you made the purchase on. You can switch which sub-account you're playing with while you're on the character select screen. | |

I can only purchase from the Microsoft Xbox store through the console with my Microsoft account, correct? How am I supposed to select sub-accounts if the Microsoft account is just one? My PlayStation and Xbox accounts are linked, and you guys simply sent the points to the PlayStation account instead of the Microsoft one! I want to use the points with my character created on Xbox, and I can't! Thank you!
