Item Shop Problem

I wanted to purchase 1 storage box, but I didn’t receive it with my first order and the points weren’t deducted. Then, I clicked to buy again and ended up receiving 2 items and was charged twice. Same problem here i got two Essence tabs instead of x1 Essense tab and x1 Delirium tab and the coins have been deducted. I've mailed GGG see if they can rectify it. Shop timed out on my purchace.
